Return & Exchange Policy

Pictures displayed on the website and the actual product may have a slight difference in color because of the lighting effects in the photoshoot. Product colors may also vary slightly due to photographic lightning sources and your monitor settings.

Any additional fabric, laces, and trims included with the product are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the product description.

At FashionPorters, we have a 5-day Exchange and Refund Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. See below specific conditions:

  • For our unstitched collections, the product(s) should be returned within 5 days, after 5 days, we will not be able to accept it for either an exchange or refund.
  • For our stitched collections, complaints should be registered with us within 2 days of receiving the product(s) if there is a defect. After 2 days, we will not be able to accept it for either an exchange or refund.
  • For our unstitched collections, where the customer has used our stitching facility and we have delivered the customer with a stitched product from our unstitched collection. In that instance, the complaints should be registered with us within 2 days of receiving the product(s), if there is a defect. After 2 days, we will not be able to accept it for either an exchange or refund.

Sizes are mentioned on the product pages for all stitched products, kindly check before you order as we won’t be responsible for any size issues.

FashionPorters team monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at FashionPorters online stores in all instances.

FashionPorters’ does not provide exchange/refund for custom orders.

Exchange Policy

Our customers are our priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased product(s). The help you need is just a click away, contact us at contactus@theteleporters.com or WhatsApp/call us at +92 300 800 1006.

Product(s) purchased from www.fashionporters.com can be exchanged within 5 days for unstitched and 2 days for stitched, only if:

  • Any product bought from FashionPorters’ online store can be exchanged from the Online Store only, provided it is unused, packing is in its original condition and, still has the label and tag in its original state.
  • The product will not be exchanged after it has been washed.
  • For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e., manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. Any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. To start an exchange, you can contact our customer service team by emailing us at contactus@theteleporters.com or WhatsApp/call us at +92 300 800 1006.
  2. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Customers will be required to ship the product(s) back for an exchange to the address provided by our team.
  4. In case of a faulty/incorrect product(s) delivery, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.
  5. For an exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

A credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items. Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid on www.fashionporters.com, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.

Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable if any.

The product(s) will not be refunded after it has been washed.

Product(s) purchased from www.fashionporters.com can be refunded within 5 days for unstitched and 2 days for stitched, only if:

  • The product(s) does not match the original specifications mentioned in the web descriptions.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and FashionPorters is not willing to process such an order.
  • The shipment is delayed due to weather, logistic or political issues. The customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.

All refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days after product(s) is received. All the returned product(s) will be thoroughly inspected before the refund.

Return Procedure:

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order is processed.

You may cancel your order by emailing us at contactus@theteleporters.com or WhatsApp/call us at +92 300 800 1006 before the order is processed

Custom orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 days of order placement.

FashionPorters reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing imprecisions.

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. If the fraud status returns ‘failed’ the order is canceled automatically.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS with the order tracking ID. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

International Orders

Currently, FashionPorters does not have an Exchange and Return Policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Please take pictures of the package before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

All international orders are processed only after the customer makes the payment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • FashionPorters does not have an Exchange and Return Policy for international orders
  • Custom orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 days of order placement.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Unstitched articles once stitched can’t be Exchanged and Returned.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
